I am a lifelong Alaskan, married and proud father of 1 daughter, and have been assisting borrowers with their financing needs for over 28 years. In this ever changing mortgage lending environment I do find that experience can significantly affect your overall experience in obtaining mortgage financing.
I specialize in Conventional (Fannie and Freddie), FHA, VA, Alaska Housing, and HUD184.
Communication is key to customer experience and I believe in giving weekly updates and any time a major milestone has been reached. To enhance the communication, I am available after hours and on weekends. My goal is to make sure customers are comfortable and understand all the steps throughout the loan process.
