Patience was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful, worked around our tough schedule, and never made us feel stupid or that we didnt have a chance to make this work. She was excellent with communication, and was always available to talk whenever we had one (of our many) questions on the process. Even before we officially started our mortgage process, she was willing to answer beginning questions even before she know if we would use her as our mortgage officer. This process was extremely stressful, but Patience and everyone who was working with her behind the scenes made it as easy as possible for us and helped to relieve a lot of the stress and uncertainty. I can't recommend her highly enough and will share her information with anyone I know who is looking to purchase or refinance a house, because she has made this experience as simple, straightforward and comfortable as possible, and I will always be thankful of that!
