Tim helped me through what appeared to be (to me) a complicated VA home loan process to refinance a home. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly; he's extremely knowledgeable. He also took some time to get to know me as a 'person' which doesn't happen much in business these days. Tim was prompt in answering questions either online or by phone. He does a great job of using technology to work with people outside of his immediate geographic area. I felt comfortable using the website and loved that Tim could also send me a video explaining the data being presented. The combination of Tim + technology worked very well! I highly recommend him.
